The Senior Re-engineering Analyst II participates, coordinates and/or leads in the redesign of systems and processes in conjunction with the implementation of new systems and other organizational performance improvement initiatives. Part of a multi-disciplinary team with responsibility for re-engineering processes in patient care, research, and financial and administrative. Requires strong facilitation and communication skills as well as an established track record of successful change management.
Bachelor's degree in, management engineering, healthcare (e.g. nursing), industrial engineering, management information systems or related field required.
Seven (7) years of experience required, including three (3) years of progressive experience in healthcare process improvement/redesign, information technology, business process redesign, and/or change management.
Four (4) years of experience in a healthcare systems (EMR), data analysis, and redesign.
