St. Jude leadership has made their intentions clear in the strategic plan:  we are going to build a website for all families facing a pediatric cancer diagnosis regardless of where they are being treated. This is where you come in. As Project Coordinator for the Medical Content & Patient Outreach team, you will work on implementing the master plan, managing multiple aspects of the assigned projects. Most importantly, the team needs you to develop an organizational structure, which allows you to continuously, yet systematically, track and maintain website content.


In this role, you are responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of key resources developed within the Patient Outreach initiatives. For the immediate future, all hands are on deck for the development, launch and maintenance of the website resource for families and patients. Not to be overlooked, you also serve as a liaison to other departments and collaborators to ensure coordination of both internal and external stakeholders. This role allows you to work on an initiative that no one else in the world has tried to accomplish. We want someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys giving input. Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is required

Minimum Experience

  • Five years of experience in project management or marketing required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies preferred
